Brazil is packed with amazing sites and inspiring places, not to mention the mouth-watering food and abundance of fun!  If you are visiting Brazil for football, traveling to Brazil on Holiday or you have never been – here are 8 amazing experiences things that should be on your itinerary!

Diving
The best place for diving has to be Fernando de Noronha; this National Marine Sanctuary is heavenly for divers and snorkelers.  You can see plenty of marine life including dolphins, reef sharks, turtles and heaps of multicolored fish.  There are also impressive volcanic rock and coral formations, shipwrecks and canyons!

Climb Sugar Loaf Mountain
The famous sugarloaf mountain is usually scaled in a cable car, but for those that are up for a challenge can climb it!  It’s a perfect way to avoid the crowds - walk along the beautiful shoreline on a pedestrian path then hike up a weaving trail where you will get gorgeous views of Rio's bay.  The last part of the climb can be a bit challenging and will involve 25m of rock climbing.   If you’re feeling less adventurous the chair lift is a much easier option!

Da Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park
Da Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park sits on an ancient plateau which is estimated to be 1.8 billion years old.  See unusual rock formations (the oldest on the planet) and quartz with outcrops of crystals.  The national park has loads of waterfalls, rivers, and canyons. You can also see a lot of wildlife there including the capybara (the world’s largest Rodent), wolves, toucans, and jaguars.

The Parque e Resorts em Fortaleza Water Park
Get a massive dose of adrenaline with 16 waterslides – one of which is almost 90 degrees! From light rapids navigated on tubes to waterslides as tall as a 14 story building; there is no doubt this is a fun day out!

The Amazon
From pink dolphins and giant trees to flooded forests and canoe trips along the river.  A trip to the Amazon will enable you to see an abundance of wildlife.  You can trek through the forest or take a boat trip.

Iguazu Falls
See Iguazu Falls from a different perspective; drive through the forest in a jeep and then take a speed boat through the crystal clear waters to see the waterfall above.  The mist from the falls creates a beautiful rainbow – it’s a much nicer way to experience this epic sight.

Copacabana Beach
Copacabana beach is one of the most famous beaches in the world.  Lined with hotels, restaurants, bars and night clubs the beach is great to visit day or night.  Enjoy the gorgeous 4km of fine sand and big waves – it’s popular for surfing.

Christ the Redeemer
Surely no trip to Brazil is complete without seeing Christ the Redeemer!  Travel through the Tijuca Rainforest by cog train and absorb stunning views from across the city. Sat on top of Corcovado Mountain lies the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer.
